What this is. The Day Wall has no authority over the calendar and never will. What you get is a permanent square on this wall with your name on it, a page at its own address, and a card you can send to someone. That is the whole offer, and we will not dress it up as anything more.
How long it lasts. The domain is paid through — . Every message is exported nightly to two separate places, one of them outside this hosting entirely, and the full export is public for anyone to download. We would rather promise something we can keep than say "forever".
Refunds. Full refund within 24 hours of purchase, for any reason — just write to us and the square comes down. After that it is permanent, which is the whole point of it. If a day somehow sells twice, the second buyer is refunded in full without being asked.
What we take down. Slurs, harassment, threats, personal contact details, and anything aimed at a person rather than at a day. We remove first and discuss afterwards. If you think we got it wrong, write to us. A removed square is not resold — the day stays with whoever bought it.
